CCCApply Annual Workshop, March 28, 2018, Orange Coast College, Costa Mesa, CARegistration is open for the 2018 CCCApply Annual Workshop, being held March 28 at Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, Calif. The one-day event is geared toward California Community Colleges (CCC) participants from admissions, student services, financial aid, information technology, research and administration.

With guided pathways as the backdrop, the workshop will offer tracks geared toward new and advanced CCCApply users, research and IT, and California Electronic Transcripts. Omid Pourzanjani, Visiting Vice Chancellor with the CCC Chancellor’s Office, has been confirmed as the keynote speaker. His keynote address will focus on Guided Pathways Meta Majors.

New Format For 2018

Workshop participants will notice a couple of big changes this year: While in the past, a full day was dedicated to electronic transcripts presentations, and drew attendees from across higher education in California and beyond, the 2018 workshop will be one day only, centered on CCCApply and related technologies, with a track on eTranscripts. Additionally, all sessions this year are intended for a primarily CCC audience.

The workshop will run from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, March 28. A drop-in Computer Lab will be available from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for personalized, hands-on training on use of the CCCApply Report Center.
