Submit nominations for the 2018 System Technology Awards by Feb. 2.Nominations for the 2018 System Technology Awards are being accepted through Feb. 2. The California Community Colleges (CCC) Chancellor’s Office and the Chief Information Systems Officers Association (CISOA) have partnered to solicit nominations in three distinct categories:

The Chancellor’s Office Technology Focus Award is project- or program-focused, and recognizes colleges that have identified and solved significant problems to the benefit of students, staff and/or faculty.

The Chancellor’s Office Technology Leadership Award recognizes individuals who have demonstrated extraordinary effectiveness, influence, diplomacy and career achievement within the field of higher educational technology management, both on individual campuses and within the CCC.

The CISOA Technology Excellence Award recognizes demonstrated excellence through technological advancement by a district CISO or IT staff member at a district or college. This can include but is not limited to: green initiatives, development of new applications, infrastructure advancements, or successful implementation of a technology plan or initiative.

Winners will be notified by the end of February, and recognized at the CISOA & 3CBG 2018 Annual Conference, taking place in Ontario, Calif., March 18-21, 2018.
