FREE CCCApply & eTranscripts Workshop Series

Register for the free CCCApply & California Electronic Transcripts 2016 Workshops.Registration is open for the 2016 CCCApply and California Electronic Transcripts Workshops, being held March 22-23, 2016, at Fullerton College in Fullerton, Calif.

Meanwhile, community colleges that are implementing eTranscript California but won't make the January go-live deadline now have an additional three months to complete their projects in order to qualify for mini grant funds.

eTranscript Mini Grant Funds Extended

Colleges that have begun eTranscript California implementation projects are urged to continue, even if they would miss the Jan. 31, 2016, completion target. The eTranscript California Electronic Transcript Standard Mini Grant 2014-2015 implementation deadline has been extended to April 30, 2016.

This is a one-time extension, and means colleges or districts must be live on eTranscript California by April 30, 2016, in order to receive the requested mini grant funds.

This does not change the Grant Application due date, which was closed in July 2015. It is hoped that the additional three months will help project teams meet the mini grant funding date requirement.

2 Full Days Of Networking & Learning

Every year, the CCCApply and eTranscript California steering committees meet to connect with colleagues at other institutions and discuss the issues unique to the online application to the California Community Colleges (CCCApply) and electronic transcript exchange across California, including CSU, UC, and private universities.

The annual two-day workshop series is a great opportunity for personnel from Admissions & Records, Student Services & Enrollment, Information Technology and Administration to network and learn about these applications.

Registration is now open for the 2016 workshops. There is no charge to attend this event.
